We analyse, document and evaluate the energy potential of your property and assess which renovation measures make economic and energy sense for you. At the same time, we advise you on suitable subsidies. Energy consulting is state-subsidised.
Energy advice to increase the energy efficiency of a building can be provided independently or in connection with new construction or renovation. Targeted measures on the building shell and system technology reduce the heating requirement and prevent physical damage to the building.

Improvements in the quality of the building or the interior increase and maintain the value of the property over the long term and make an important contribution to climate protection. In this way, public funding programs for energy-efficient building refurbishment can be included at an early stage for financial support of the projects (e.g. at the KfW Bank, IBB, BAFA,…).
The earlier the aspects of monument protection, fire protection and energy efficiency as well as social and societal requirements are incorporated into the planning phase, the better we can develop custom-fit concepts for our clients and avoid time-consuming retrofitting and cost-intensive measures.
